What You’ll Learn Each Day
You’ll learn a specific and doable practice of “dissolving the everyday sense of ego.” Discover how this is often what allows troublesome life issues to finally be resolved. This day includes:
The Basic Wholeness Format – Learn the format for resolving your life issues.
The Wholeness Meditation Method – Gain access to an evolutionary life practice.
Specific tips to use Wholeness Work for deeper more restful sleep.
Some issues require more than just dissolving the ego. On Day 2 we learn two Wholeness Formats that provide these missing pieces. You’ll learn:
The “Reclaiming Inner Authority” process. Can be profoundly transformative with embarrassment, shame, guilt, and more, as well as useful with some health issues.
The “Integrating What’s Missing” process, important in working with a sense of neediness, loss, grief, etc.
Day 2 methods are based on different principles from what you learned on Day 1, and are not primarily about dissolving the ego.
In Day 3 you’ll learn additional methods which add to the Wholeness Work’s potency and range. You’ll learn:
- Working with Coping Mechanisms – discover your primary coping mechanism.
- The Life Journey of Consciousness
- Roles & Identities.
- The “Letting Go” Process: Working with attachments and aversions.
- The Stages of Practice (and how they differ).
- Tips for using Wholeness as an ongoing life practice.
Many people say Day 3 “puts it all together” and makes using the Wholeness Methods with yourself and others much easier.
The Wholeness Principles
Each training day of the training, you’ll be learning more of the underlying Wholeness Principles that make this work so impactful. When you learn these principles through direct experience in the training, they tend to “stick.” This makes it possible for you to follow the flow of your own and someone else’s unique experience in the moment.
- The 5 primary principles of Wholeness work.
- How integration through Wholeness Work is different than the usual “integration”.
- The 3 “directions of integration”, and when to use each.
- Recognizing and working with reactions—You’ll learn when and why this is important.
- What to do when it “doesn’t work”.
- How to recognize and follow what is happening in the moment in a way that resolves inner struggle.
- The sometimes subtle and sometimes significant ways Wholeness Work differs from usual NLP work—and how understanding this is necessary to maximize benefit from Wholeness Work.
- And much more…
How You’ll Learn

There will be some variation in when certain methods and principles are taught, from one group to another, as we will follow the flow of the group experience.

The Wholeness Work is helping people in more areas than we ever thought it would. It does this by accessing a more fundamental aspect of the structure of our psyche than we could previously reach. It’s simple, gentle, and opens the doorway to a more joyful, loving, creative, and fulfilling life.
Here are a few more areas where the Wholeness Work helps:
“I haven’t been losing my temper.” “The jealousy I felt isn’t there.” “Before I was so easily hurt, and now I can usually deal with other people’s rough edges from a more loving place. This becomes stronger as I use this method more. It feels like something got healed.”
“It shifted the compulsive eating I was doing.”
Note that some of the above changes were from a one-time use of the process. However experiences like chronic health issues or depression usually get the best results when using this process over time. Often people do experience quite soon that something is finally beginning to work for them. The full results usually come through learning to use the process as a simple and kind life practice. After learning the process, this can be done in a short amount of time, or even while we are going about our usual activities.
About Connirae Andreas, Ph.D.
Connirae Andreas, Ph.D., is an internationally known trainer and developer of NLP whose work has helped define and broaden the field. She is best known for her development of the groundbreaking Core Transformation process, a method of gentle and profound transformation through accessing states of Peace, Oneness, and Presence (1989). Dr. Andreas is co-author of many books and training manuals, including Heart of the Mind, an engaging introduction and accessible “handbook” of key NLP methods. She and husband, Steve Andreas, have been influential in bringing NLP into greater public awareness: together, they created the classic Bandler-Grinder books Frogs into Princes, Trance-Formations, Reframing, and others, and improved the quality of NLP training worldwide as their NLP Training Manuals, books, and learning materials have become templates for many trainers around the globe. Their work has been translated into over 15 languages. Connirae’s developments also include the NLP grief process, timeline change work (with husband Steve Andreas), advanced language patterns, and parenting methods. With her most recent work, the Wholeness Process, Connirae once again has created a simple and precise method for experiencing what spiritual teachings talk about, in such a way that it transforms and heals our life “suffering.”
